Goal:
The BEM Scorecard summarizes a Business Engagement Manager's performance with a single business group.
Description:
Instead of providing an exhaustive checklist of responsibilities, the BEM Scorecard focuses on the priorities, answering the question: “When a BEM performs effectively with a group, what are the most important things that are true?”
Note:When using the scorecard, you will discover that there is no one fixed level of what constitutes “good performance.” Some BEMs simply work with more difficult business groups than others.
