Description: 

The Business Engagement Manager (BEM) is the primary liaision between L&D and one or more business groups. The BEM enables those Business Groups to improve their ability to execute through targeted investments in learning. They spend the large majority of their time on creating and sustaining strategic alignment between the business and L&D.

BEM Responsibilities

The BEM’s central function is to help the business groups define and manage a prioritized portfolio of investments in learning. To be effective, BEMs must manage their relationship with the business group as well as individual investments.
