Here is a quick check you can use to get a quick read on how effectively you align today. Keeping in mind that A2B focuses on priorities, consider your most important business leader. What do they think?

Step 1: Pick a business leader

Who is your most important business leader?
Which business group is most important to your company's success?
Who leads that business group?

Step 2: Put yourself in their shoes

How would that leader rate these ten statements (1 is low and 7 is high)?
