How to use this assessment

Here is a quick check you can use to get a quick read on how effectively you align today. Keeping in mind that A2B focuses on priorities, consider your most important business leader. What do they think?

Step 1: Pick a business leader

Who is your most important business leader?
Which business group is most important to your company's success?
Who leads that business group?

Step 2: Put yourself in their shoes

How would that leader rate these ten statements (1 is low and 7 is high)?
"L&D understands my business goals, strategies, and operational objectives"
"L&D understands the gaps in my business performance (gaps in my "ability to execute", that is, between my actual results and desired ability to achieve business goals, implement strategies, and achieve operational objectives)"
